IceAge Bomber Rail Kit | Polaris Axys Khaos

Replacement slide rails for your Polaris Axys ASSAULT or Khaos snowmobile suspension.

Designed and machined from 7000 series aluminum with special attention paid to cutout design and location to create a stronger, more durable rail package then OEM.

Classic rails are comparable in weight to OEM while being superior in strength.

Bomber rails have fewer cut outs to create a much stronger, more durable rail that can withstand substantial abuse in the backcountry.

To stretch your factory 155 Assault to 163 or 174" you can order Go to the Axys RMK rail page and order longer rails. Note that you will have to mount the front torque arm in the upper hole in the tunnel when switching to RMK style rails.

Kit includes:

• 2 rails
• 2 hi-fax
• 2 idler adjuster housings, bolts, and mounting hardware
• Iceage decal

***Note*** Rails are cut to accommodate 8" or 9" rear idler wheels. Stock Polaris wheels are 7 1/4". Appropriate wheels are required for proper fit and function. Do not run the stock wheels on rails configured for larger wheels, damage to your track/rails/wheels may occur!

Warranty:

Bomber Rail kits are warrantied against bending/damage for up to two years to the original purchaser of the rails. If the rails are bent or damaged during this time a new set can be obtained for 50% off the retail price. Other items such as bracing purchased along with the new set are not included at this discounted rate. The damaged rails must be destroyed and photo evidence must be submitted to a sales representative before a new set can be sent out.

**Powder coating voids any and all warranties on IceAge Rails**

This warranty does not cover cosmetic or structural damage arising from abuse or misuse, owner neglect, improper installation and/or assembly, and improper maintenance.

Any modifications, changes, additions, or substitutions to any part or component of IAM slide rails, wheel axle kits, and billet wheels are done so at the sole risk of the user. IAM makes no warranty against said modifications, changes, additions, or substitutions. Wear from normal use or exposure to environmental elements is not covered by this warranty. IAM makes no warranty against any incidental or consequential damage to snowmobile or parts, or rider injury caused by defects as covered in this warranty.

IAM will repair or replace at its sole discretion any IAM slide rails, wheel axle kits, and billet wheels deemed defective under this warranty. There is no other remedy under this warranty either expressed or implied. IAM is not responsible for any shipping or dealer charges related to any warranty claim whether the said claim is accepted by IAM or not.
